All sales are final. Refunds will only be given in exceptional circumstances. Refunds for purchases or recurring
charges may be requested by contacting customer support. Bombshell Influencers, LLC. reserves the right to grant a refund
or a credit applicable to purchases to the Site at its discretion. The decision to refund a charge does not
imply the obligation to issue additional future refunds. Should a refund be issued by Bombshell Influencers, LLC. for any
reason, it will be credited solely to the payment method used in the original transaction. Bombshell Influencers, LLC. will
not issue refunds by cash, check, or to another payment mechanism.
You agree that you will not make unjustified requests for a refund from any Creator which you follow, or unjustified chargeback requests of your payment card provider in relation to any transaction between you and a Creator. If we consider that any request for a refund or chargeback request was made by you in bad faith, we have the right to suspend or delete your User account.
Any purchase of the right to view Creator Content which is subsequently successfully subject to a refund or chargeback may result in the refunded amount, in Bombshell Influencers sole discretion, being removed from the earning Creator's income. The Creator may be alerted to the Member refund or chargeback. Bombshell Influencers reserves the right to delete or suspend a Member account, if it determines the refund or chargeback request was made in bad faith.
